We’re looking for passionate, proactive Recovery Navigators to join our London Dependency and Recovery Service, working across Ealing & Hillingdon, Brent, Hammersmith & Fulham, and Kensington, Chelsea & Westminster. You’ll be part of a flexible, multi-disciplinary team delivering in-person support within local probation delivery units, helping Person(s) on Probation engage in treatment, access community services, and take meaningful steps on their recovery journey.
What you’ll do:
- Carry and manage a diverse caseload of adult male prison leavers and individuals on community orders.
- Complete assessments, create collaborative action plans, and deliver 1:1, group, and virtual sessions.
- Provide practical support and advocacy, from completing referral forms to attending appointments.
- Offer clear advice, guidance, and motivational interventions that empower individuals to manage their dependency and recovery needs.
- Build strong relationships with probation teams, community partners, and substance misuse services to ensure coordinated care and sustained engagement.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.
- A team player with flexibility to work across boroughs and adapt to changing demand.
- Experience or understanding of substance misuse, criminal justice, or support services (advantageous but not essential).
- Commitment to helping others achieve stability, reduce offending, and rebuild their lives.
You may occasionally attend our head office for training or support in other London locations.
