What you’ll do:
- Recruit, train and supervise Health and Wellbeing Champions (HAWCs).
- Provide day-to-day guidance, support and motivation to both HAWCs and staff.
- Support the delivery of psychosocial drug and alcohol interventions.
- Build strong working relationships with partner agencies and key stakeholders.
- Contribute to Forward Trust and commissioner-set targets, including measuring and evidencing outcomes.
- Work closely with the wider service and management team to ensure high-quality, integrated care.
What we’re looking for:
- A confident communicator with strong motivational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in support, wellbeing, health or prison-based services (desirable).
- Someone organised, proactive and passionate about empowering others.
- A team-player who thrives on collaborative working.
If you’re passionate about improving wellbeing, building strong peer-support networks, and empowering individuals in custody, we’d love to hear from you.
