About the Role
We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to provide comprehensive business and administrative support to the Drug and Alcohol Recovery Team (DART) at HMP Rye Hill.
The service delivers a range of psychosocial interventions, group work, holistic therapies and additional support to individuals entering prison who have been identified as experiencing drug and/or alcohol misuse issues. As Administrator, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and effective running of the service by providing high-quality administrative, data management and secretarial support.

This will include monitoring targets and outcomes set by Forward and local commissioners, ensuring information is recorded accurately and reports are produced within required timescales.
A key aspect of the role will be developing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clinical teams, offender managers, prison custody officers and other partner agencies. You will work collaboratively to ensure information is shared appropriately, administrative processes run efficiently and the wider team is supported to deliver an effective service.
You will also provide general administrative and secretarial support, including preparing correspondence, maintaining databases, managing documentation and responding to administrative requests. Your contribution will be essential in helping the team meet its contractual obligations and deliver positive outcomes for individuals accessing the service.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a busy, challenging and rewarding environment and wants to contribute to a service that makes a meaningful difference to people's lives.
