You’ll have the autonomy to shape how we attract and retain talent, with the support of a business that is fully invested in doing things better. We need someone who is solution-focused, optimistic in the face of challenge and unflappable when navigating complexity. You’ll be comfortable making decisions, navigating change, and building strong relationships across the organisation.
Your knowledge of employment law, right to work, DBS requirements, and recruitment best practice will be sharp, current, and second nature. Experience with Eploy? Even better.
