Are you passionate about helping people build brighter futures? We’re looking for a Tenancy Support Co-ordinator to join our brand-new Housing Support Team in Ashford.
Reporting to the Team Leader and Service Manager, you’ll deliver a personalised, trauma-informed service to individuals with drug and alcohol issues who are experiencing tenancy challenges linked to their substance use. Your goal? To help them achieve long-term, sustainable housing and greater independence.
In this rewarding role, you will:
- Provide intensive, consistent support to help people develop daily living skills and reconnect with their communities.
- Offer holistic, person-centred support, addressing a range of needs through direct work, referrals, and signposting.
- Work closely with partner agencies to ensure continuity of care and achieve positive, measurable outcomes set by Forward and local commissioners.
- Remain flexible, with some travel to nearby projects to support seamless service delivery.
We’re looking for someone empathetic, resilient, and committed to empowering people to sustain their tenancies and rebuild their lives.
