Join The Forward Trust’s Camau team as a full-time Team Leader (35 hours per week), covering mandated locations across Dyfed Powys and Swansea. You’ll lead a team helping men on probation find and maintain stable accommodation, overcome barriers to housing and build a more positive future.

- Oversee service delivery, managing caseloads, allocating referrals and ensuring interventions meet performance and quality standards.
- Make a real difference, supporting housing assessments, action plans and referrals to specialist services.
- Build strong partnerships with probation, prison teams and community organisations to improve access to housing and support.
- Monitor performance and quality, maintaining accurate records, completing audits and meeting reporting deadlines.
- Promote safe, effective practice, ensuring risks are managed appropriately and service users receive high-quality support.
What we’re looking for
- Experience of leading, supervising or supporting a team to achieve targets.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with partner agencies.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience of assessments, risk management, case management or supporting people with complex needs.
- A commitment to helping people overcome barriers, achieve housing stability and reduce reoffending.
Ready to lead a dedicated team, strengthen partnerships and help people build a more stable future? We’d love to hear from you!
