Clouds House, part of The Forward Trust, is one of the UK’s leading residential substance misuse treatment centres. For over 40 years, we have delivered a structured interpersonal and 12 Step treatment programme designed to support people with substance and behavioural addictions to achieve abstinence and build long-term sustainable recovery.

About the Role
As an Integrated Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting clients through their treatment and recovery journey. Working across both the Therapeutic and Clinical Teams, you will help deliver effective treatment programmes and provide direct client support.
This is a varied role that involves:
- Delivering one-to-one support to clients.
- Facilitating structured low-level psychoeducational sessions in group settings.
- Supporting treatment teams to deliver daily programmes effectively.
- Maintaining accurate records and working across multiple computer systems.
- Ensuring a safe, secure, and supportive environment for clients.
- Being actively involved in security, health & safety, and risk management.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays on a rota basis. Overtime may be required to cover staff absence and is paid at the same rate, with enhancements in line with policy.

Important Requirements
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and bank holidays as part of a rolling rota.
- Flexibility to take occasional overtime to cover sickness or annual leave.
- Comfortable working in a clinical environment, including exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and needles.
- Willingness to train in acupuncture, phlebotomy, and venepuncture as required by service needs.
