In addition, you will collaborate with the Head of Therapeutic Quality and Training (TQT) to design and deliver training sessions and workshops for a wider audience, including prison officers and partner organisations.
This is a remote role; however, substantial travel and overnight stays will be required to deliver training across our project sites in England and Wales.

- Maintain strong communication with diverse groups, adapting your style to different audiences.
- Support the embedding of best practice and high-quality standards across the organisation.
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience as a Training Facilitator, Training Coordinator, or in a similar training role.
- Experience working in a prison environment or community services with clients.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage the full training cycle.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt across cultures and audiences.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Moodle, Zoom, and Teams.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly, including overnight stays.
