- Carry out drug and alcohol testing, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively across the team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum Level 4 counselling qualification with practical experience.
- Understanding of holistic recovery needs, beyond immediate therapeutic support
- Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Creative, proactive, and solution-focused team players who put service users first.
- Ability to work flexibly across services and maintain high professional standards.
At The Bridges, you’ll make a real difference in people’s lives while being part of a supportive, learning-focused environment.
