Through a structured 3–6 month recovery programme based on the 12-Step principles of Alcoholics and Narcotics Anonymous, alongside Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET) and the Seeking Safety approach, we support residents to develop the skills, confidence, and resilience needed for long-term recovery.
For over 20 years, The Bridges has helped shape a growing recovery community across Hull, and with the continued expansion of Forward Trust services, we are committed to building even greater recovery opportunities for the people we support.

- Delivering structured group sessions and 1-1 therapeutic interventions
- Supporting residents with tailored recovery and reintegration plans
- Carrying out admissions, drug and alcohol testing, and medication supervision
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Accompanying residents to external appointments and activities where required
- Working collaboratively to provide high-quality, person-centred care
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who:
- Understands the complexities of addiction and recovery
- Is empathetic, organised, and solution-focused
- Can build positive therapeutic relationships
- Thrives in a team environment while managing their own workload
- Is committed to safeguarding, confidentiality, and continuous improvement
You’ll become part of a passionate team making a real difference every day. This is an opportunity to help individuals transform their lives while contributing to a thriving and supportive recovery community.
If you’re ready to support meaningful change and be part of a service that puts recovery first, we’d love to hear from you.
